My name is Norm Daher and all my life I have been shaped by my close connection to my community and family. The necessity of having a strong work ethic was instilled in me from a very young age by my late father, who also worked in real estate. I watched him with admiration and I knew that real estate was for me because of the freedom it gave him. He took care of his family and community, while helping other people push their dreams into fruition. That was a narrative that always resonated with me.
The people I work with are not just my clients, they are human beings with powerful stories. And our experiences unite us and help us to build trust. I do what I do because I love helping people. Whether this is your very first home, or you are a seasoned, house-buying veteran, I am here to make the process a joyful one while going above and beyond your expectations. I have built my reputation by being honest and fair, giving the best advice I can, even if that advice does not benefit me as an agent.
I connect deeply to the personal stories of my clients because I have stories too. Moving from Winnipeg at the age of 7 to BC was a drastic change. I remember watching my grandfather fish along the Fraser River. That calming feeling is something I still carry with me today. At 14 years old I had a motorcycle accident and was in a coma for a week. When I recovered, I realized that I had been given another chance at life, and felt compelled to make the best of every single day. All of this passion and drive goes into my work.
When I am not working I enjoy being on my boat out on the ocean fishing with friends and clients.
Please do not hesitate to give me a call or send me an email if you are looking to buy or sell or just would like some real estate advice.
